Anthony has been working with Bell since February 2018 supporting the company with numerous IT compliance and audit requirements.  Key projects include:

- Project manager and coordinator for several SOC1 and SOC2 projects for a range of business units and their products/services within the company.  Tasks included external auditor scoping and engagement, controls definition, scheduling, evidence collection and coordination with control owners, evaluating and assisting with evidence analysis and potential compensating controls, report writing and collaboration with the external auditors. 

- Several engagements were preparations and coordination for new SOC2 audits for new business solutions.  Many of these audits involved complex information systems and networking services with up to 40 different systems and different processes across several supporting technology groups.  The engagements were completed on-time and with successful external audit opinions.

- For two business units, a key support and SME role was performed in the preparation of ISO27001 projects on the product solutions in two of Bell’s key business units.  Responsibilities included establishing a documentation portal based on Confluence, advisory, documentation and evaluation assistance on many of the key subject areas within the ISO27001 framework including logical and physical security, vendor risk management, change management and management oversight controls and processes.  Provided a key support role for the company in the external audit.

- Supported an enterprise-wide cyber security assessment including planning for all elements and fieldwork in the areas of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), Asset Management, Change Management and Patch Management
