For this large size pension plan administration client, Anthony provided support to the system selection of a preferred outsourcer for the client’s pension administration system functionality.  The engagement was supported over a two year period with two distinct phases, the Request for Information (RFI) and the Request for Proposal (RFP).

As a member of the broader team, Anthony assisted with the preparation of the RFI document including the documentation of high level requirements for the RFI.  Responses were received and evaluated according to criteria scoring tools developed specifically for the RFI evaluation.  The team assisted the client in every aspect of the exercise including dealing directly with the vendors on clarification questions and resolving issues on the selection process.

Similarly, Anthony assisted the RFP exercise in a similar manner, except to the point where greater details were gathered on requirements, scoring and vendor evaluations including actual on-site demos of the system.
