Led an engagement to validate the client’s software program developed for an industry wide pooling arrangement for high cost medicines.  The team developed an independent testing model that replicated the client’s own program and validated the calculations and outputs from the system.

Benefits to Client:

Client obtained confidence in the integrity of their program, subject to several key issues that needed to be addressed for ongoing effectiveness of the system in future years.
