In this engagement, Anthony provided assistance to the client’s management to evaluate the client’s various business unit’s readiness to convert to a new ERP system that was being gradually rolled out across the client’s entire corporate and manufacturing plants. 

Work included an assessment on the adequacy of project management activities, acceptance testing, hardware and software preparation, training and accuracy of the data conversion.  Duration of effort at each of the locations ranged from 1 week to 3 weeks, depending on the size, complexity and overall risk of the business unit. 

Benefits to Client:

Senior management integrated Anthony’s feedback on the organization’s  readiness for go-live as part of their own go-live decision process.  Areas of concern but not ultimately a ‘show-stopper’ were highlighted for special attention during the go-live process.
