Details:

Provided the co-source IT internal audit engagement manager role for this hospital. 

Worked closely with the client’s chief internal auditor in strategizing areas for attention in terms of the key areas of IT risk. 

Worked in all phases of the audit planning, execution and reporting cycles of the planned audits. 

The audits included assessments of the hospital’s PeopleSoft system implementation relating to project practices, data conversion integrity and security design as well as the development of a checklist to assist the client in control evaluations as part of future system implementations.

Client satisfaction with work performed.  When the client decided to outsource the entire internal audit function, the firm was well positioned based on the strong quality and support provided during the IT internal audit engagement.  The client awarded the firm the full internal audit role.
